Greg Lehr,

Founder and President

Greg was born an Engineer.  He often jokes that being an engineer is a “chronic condition” more than a career choice. 

He grew up thinking that he wanted to design cars until the day he walked into a General Electric factory. The machines were humming, people were busy and consumer products were being made. From that moment he embraced his new passion for manufacturing and his future changed instantaneously.  Greg has been focused on leadership, manufacturing, and operations ever since! 

From Fortune 100 corporations to private equity to entrepreneurial start-ups, Greg  has manufactured everything from nuclear missiles, to glass tile, to Barbie dolls. 

The best thing in Greg’s life is his family—his terrific wife of 30+ years and his two amazing adult daughters. He also has a passion for endurance events, having completed marathons, an Ironman, double century rides and a bike trek across the US. Greg wakes up each day motivated and ready for challenges. 

Greg is also a surfer and this mentality infuses his work ethic. He wakes up each day ready to meet the surf where it is, and make the most of each wave.
