"Greg was engaged to lead a manufacturing expansion project for a $250M division of a $3B private company. The project included establishing manufacturing in Mexico and distribution in the US. He negotiated the contracts with the shelter and negotiated the leases, managed the completion of the buildings, coordinated the transfer of equipment from Asia and Ohio to Mexico and hired the Mexico staff.

The Shelter contract was signed in June of 2021 and production was started in October of 2021.
